 ·    If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release and hold harmless TradeMeAnything/MyTraderNation; including officers, agents, directors,  subsidiaries, employees and advertisers, from claims, demands, including reasonable attorney’s fees by any third party due to or arising out of your breech  of this agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party and damages whether actual or consequential of every kind and nature, known  and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
